Hemam Jameel was the title sponsor of the World disability day event at Dar Al Hekma university
The volunteering and sponsorship track under Hemam Jameel seeks to create a cooperative community spirit to serve people with disabilities through social volunteering activities. Under the guidance of Eng. Faisal Al Samannoudi, Hemam Jameel title sponsored the World Disability day events at the Dar Al-Hekma University, the main events included a competition to award projects that aim towards improving the lives of people with disabilities. Eng. Rowaid Al-Sawaf and Eng. Ahmed Al Katheri were participated as jury members of the competition.
Hemam Jameel is a nominee in the Jeddah Innovation Awards
Hemam Jameel project was quailed for competing in the Jeddah Innovation Award. The competition is held annually under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mishaal bin Majed, Governor of Jeddah. The Jeddah Innovation award event is a competition that contributes to the cultural and developmental movement across the governorate and provides an opportunity for innovators in various elds to contribute towards the development of their respective governorates.
Beginning of the commercial phase of Cyberdyne project
An MOU has been signed with ALJ Rehabilitation Hospital and Preferred Energy Investments Company to commence Cyberdyne HAL treatment for three months beginning from July,2020. The project has achieved a sales of SR 84,000 during its ‑rst month of cooperation with a total of 6 patients.
Administrative courses
Training and employment is one of the programs tracks oered by Hemam Jameel Project to enhance professional and administrative competencies. One such initiative under this track is to hold a series of lectures designed for people with disabilities. The first training in the series was on the subject “Effective Communication Skills”, presented by an instructor with disabilities - Mr. Mohamed Sharif; a popular activist for the rights of people with disabilities. 66 people attended, with the trainee’s satisfaction recorded at %93.
Cyberdyne in the Sultan Bin Abdulaziz for Humanitarian Services City (SBAHC)
In line with the marketing plan to launch Cyberdyne devices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a pilot project has begun in SBAHC. Physiotherapists from SBAHC were trained by Abdul Latif Jameel Hospital team, and their gym was prepared as per Cyberdyne treatment requirements.
Universal Accessibility Projects at Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises
Mowa’amah cortication and accessibility upgrade projects have been successfully accomplished across Abdul Latif Jameel Bodyworks and Paints company and ALJ Enterprises corporate office that includes ALJ outdoor and ALJ Oil offices, subsequently work is in progress to achieve Mowa’amah cortication for ALJ Enterprises and ALJ Oil.

برنامج التدريب والتوظيف أحد مسارات همم جميل التي تسعى للنهوض بقدرات الأشخاص من ذوي الإعاقة وزيادة الفرص الوظيفية لهم. من أجل ذلك سعت همم جميل لإقامة العديد من اللقاءات مثل: لقاء (صناعة المبادرات الريادية الشابة)، قدمه د. فهد العضياني مدرب معتمد من جامعة الملك عبد العزيز حيث بلغت نسبة رضا المتدربين95%، وبلغ عدد الحضور 88 شخص في اللقاء الثاني الذي كان بعنوان (متعة الابتكار) من تقديم أ.د. إبراهيم علوي رئيس لجنة تحكيم جائزة جدة للإبداع.
